Location of the hotel is really excellent, just next to U7 station "Wilmersdorfer str." and in two minutes walk from S-Bahn station "Charlottenburg". Plenty of restaurant, cafes, all kind of shops and bars around. The room was quite big and comfortable, bed was just perfect ! Breakfast was very good, large variety of cold and warm options, dozens loose teas which you can brew in a teapot.

Good location close to multiple S and U stations, a lot of shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. The room was clean with a big comfortable bed, everything I needed was there, including a kettle.

Mobility (right next to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations) so it was easy to get around Loads of restaurants in the area Clean and comfortable

The hotel is clean, warm and comfortable. The bed is perfect. Small tea machine and gratitude tea bags are appreciated

The room was fantastic. Extra-large double bed, all the conveniences in the room, including a kettle. The location is superb - only a few minutes' walk from Charlottenburg railway station and around 20 minutes' walk from the bus station.

The location is very convenient close to the metro station, trains and buses. Next to Restaurants, shops and stores..all you need is there around the corner. It couldn't be any better than that. The Staff were really nice all the time and willing to help. Overall a place to stay and be confy.

The room was clean, very well equipped with all the basic needs and very comfortable. Had an issue with my trains coming to Berlin but the staff told me checking in later was no issue. Staff was all round very helpful and friendly.

I called a staff of the hotel because I left a bag with my grey cashmere coat and a black pants in the room. He said the hotel found the bag with my belongings. I told him that I will come back to Berlin in October. He said the hotel will keep the bag for me. Hopefully the hotel can confirm this via email: [email protected]

If you are looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable room at an excellent price, I highly recommend this Best Western. The Thai Art restaurant across the street was wonderful. And the breakfast café right next door was perfect. There are many places to eat nearby. This is a culturally diverse neighborhood, very vibrant. Shopping nearby with a pedestrian street. Nice area to walk around.
